Thermo Cool Mechanical has a fully staffed service department which operates on 24 hour emergency service. Our service technicians are fully licensed and trained on all equipment we work on. Thermo Cool’s service department’s primary objective is to reduce downtime on our customer’s equipment while continually striving on fast response time.

In Shop Repair
Our shop is fully equipped with a water source heat pump test facility. Many repairs to water source heat pumps and other in suite HVAC equipment cannot be made on site due to health and safety limitations . Our test facilities simulate identical conditions that the equipment would experience on site. This allows us to be confident that our in shop repairs will operate when reinstalled on site.
We also repair equipment for other contractors who do not have the convenience of a test facility. Since our repairs are more accurate there is less wasted time with troubleshooting problems on site.
HVAC Installation
When dealing with installations Thermo Cool Mechanical takes pride in offering the customer exceptional service. Our installation department is qualified to take on a wide array of building projects; from small residential replacements to large scale building retrofits. No matter the size of the project, to us they are all a high priority. Our in-suite department takes extra precaution while installing units to ensure no damage or mess is left in the home. To us, your home is our home. Building retrofits are no different, projects are executed smoothly and with minimal disturbances to the building. Our technicians are regularly updated on building code changes to ensure the installations are done properly and to code.
