I have had three other companies try and fix my Enerzone heat pump unit in the past. I was at my wits end and I contacted Thermo Cool Mechanical for one last final attempt. Right from the start the staff at was extremely knowledgeable. The service was excellent and I finally got real answers. I was given the option to repair or replace my Enerzone heat pump unit (which was not presented to me in the past by the other companies). The pro and cons were evident. Recently, I purchased two heat pump units from Thermo Cool. The receptionist, my first point of contact on the phone, was very helpful and supportive. She patiently answered all of my questions and I think I must have called her four times in the span of the week before installation – I had a few questions for her and special requests (e.g., date of installation, warranty, pricing, etc.).
When the technician arrived, he too was friendly and respectful – not to mention organized and skilled. He arrived on time as promised, walked in and immediately covered his shoes, unfolded blankets where the work would be done, and began removal and installation. Before leaving, he showed me some of the key features of my new thermostat and finalized our deal by providing me with a copy of my invoice. He mentioned that Thermo Cool would email me and send me my warranty; within a day or two, I received my warranty as promised. I have since recommended Thermo Cool to my property management company and my superintendent.

Very respectful of our home, technician put on boot covers and used clean drop sheets area the work area.
