Job Description

Complete preventative maintenance for buildings under contract
Troubleshoot/Service all HVAC related equipment in high-rise buildings
Available for 24hr service
Maintain/Service water source heat pumps and fan coil units
Maintain/Service Chillers
Maintain/Service Boilers
Maintain/Service Make-up Air units
Maintain/Service Air handling units
Maintain/Service Heat Exchangers
Maintain/Service Cooling Towers

Skills/Experience

Minimum 5 years experience – preferably in high rise buildings
Gas fitter 1
313A license
Strong HVAC related troubleshooting skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Minimum G class driver license and a clean driving record
Strong time management skills
Capable of quoting customers for small and large sized jobs
